The SF Pleated Filter Cartridge Series is designed to be suitable for high efficiency and high flow rate required for 7G and 8G LCD processes. As it is of the stable absolute type, the product is reliable through constant filtration, and it is designed for high flow (200L/min) and long life by increasing the filtration area of the product.
